Smart Relief is a 'Plug and Play' module that taps into company's T&A system and takes The FIRM Biomathematical Model and determines, for the lifetime of each employee, their predictive risk score each and every shift and stores this in its own database. This database is the foundation in determining the availability to call in for schedule relief.
Smart Relief has in its database all employees by crew, job code, ancillary job codes and by employee schedule.
Smart Relief displays, to any supervisor in need, persons who h ave not shown up for their scheduled shift. By simply pressing on any person's job, which needs to be filled, Smart Relief instantaneously reveals, in order of most alert, ever other person from all 3 other crews who are qualified to fill this position.
